The cost of issuing an invitation:
Regular (3-4 days before departure) — $ 50 / person.
With filling out all the questionnaires for you (3-4 days before departure) — 60 $ / person.
Urgent with filling in all forms (1-2 days before departure) — $ 100 / person.

For children under 10 years old:
Regular registration (3-4 days before departure) — $ 40 / person.
Registration with filling out all the questionnaires for you (3-4 days before departure) — $ 50 / person.
Urgent registration with filling in all forms (1-2 days before departure) — $ 75 / person.

One change of the date of your arrival in the invitation is free of cost.

Separate registration of only questionnaires:
Regular registration (2-4 days before departure) — $ 10 / person.
Urgent registration (on the eve and on the day of departure) — $ 20 / person.
Very urgent registration (less than 3 hours before departure) — $ 40 / person.

For arrival in Nepal:
1. For fully vaccinated persons, a visa is issued upon arrival and quarantine is not required.
2. For all others, a visa must be obtained from the Nepalese embassy or have an invitation from an authorized Nepalese agency. Quarantine for 10 days.

If you are vaccinated and the vaccine is approved by the WHO, then in order to arrive in Nepal, you need:
1. Certificate of complete vaccination in English (except for children under 18). It must be more than 14 days from the date of the last vaccination to arrival in Nepal.
2. PCR test in English not older than 72 hours until the moment of departure (except for children under 5 years old).

4. Hotel reservation per your itinerary.

If you do not have a full vaccination, then you need to arrive in Nepal:
1a. You can get a visa at the Nepal Embassy.
1b. You will receive a visa upon arrival at the airport in Kathmandu if you have an invitation from an authorized Nepalese agency.
2. PCR test in English not older than 72 hours before departure (except for children under 5 years old).

4. Hotel reservation for 10 nights from the list: https://ccmc.gov.np/arms/attachments/Quarantine_HotelsList_Recent.pdf.

7. Air ticket for an international flight (keep your boarding pass until you leave the airport).

To issue an invitation, we need:
1. Copy of passport
2. Air ticket (one way is enough)
3. Hotel reservation.

After arriving in Nepal, you must be in quarantine at the specified hotel for 10 days (if you have a vaccination certificate, then you do not need quarantine). It is necessary to pass a PCR test on the 11th day of being in the country. Until a negative test result is received, you must remain in quarantine. The test can be done at the Kathmandu clinic: https://www.welcomenepal.com/government-approved-hospitals-laboratories-for-pcr-test (usually the result comes in 12-24 hours, the cost is about $ 20). After receiving a negative PCR result, you can move freely around the country.

To start the procedure for issuing an invitation for you, we need to receive:
1. Scan of the passport.
2. Reservation of air tickets in English.
3. Hotel reservation for 10 nights in Kathmandu in English from the approved list: https://ccmc.gov.np/arms/attachments/Quarantine_HotelsList_Recent.pdf

If you want invitation letter with filling out all the questionnaires for you, then you will additionally need:
1. Photo (portrait on a single-color background, you can use your phone, less than 1 MB in size).
2. Your valid mobile number with country code.
3. Your email.
4. The number of days for which you plan to buy a visa (15, 30, 90).

Payment of $ 50 per person (with filling out forms — $ 60, urgent — $ 100) upon arrival in Kathmandu.

Visa for Nepal:
Based on your documents, we issue an invitation from the Department of Immigration of Nepal. It is issued on the date of your arrival in the country in accordance with your air ticket. Upon arrival, at the airport, on the basis of this document, you can apply for a tourist visa:

1. For 15 days — 30 USD
2. For 30 days — 50 USD
3. For 90 days — 125 USD

It is possible to pay in advance online when filling out the application form on the website https://nepaliport.immigration.gov.np/online (now this option almost does not work) OR pay at the airport in cash or by card. We strongly recommend paying for your visa upon arrival at the airport in cash in US dollars.

You can stay in Nepal for no more than 150 days a year with a tourist visa.
